If you choose a city tour of Denver, afterwards, we’ll be driving South to view the Red Rocks Amphitheater, a live performance arena that’s nestled in between ginormous red sand stone boulders where, perhaps, you’ll view Olympic athletes’ working out. Then onto Pikes Peak @ 14,114’, a hike through Garden of the Gods and lunch in Manitou where you can explore historic caves and still drink mineral water from the fresh springs!
DAY 1
DAY 1 -
Tour #1: Depart Denver for Manitou Springs; board the Pikes Peak Cog Railway to 14,114’ summit; lunch at Garden of the Gods followed by hike or drive of the Garden; Red Rocks; return to Denver approx 6pm.
Tour #2: 1.5 hour Denver City tour; Lunch @ Garden of the Gods followed by hike/drive; visit Manitou Springs; Red Rocks; return to Denver approx 5:30pm.
Tour #3: Depart for Garden of the Gods, drive/hike; Lunch Garden or Manitou; Explore Manitou; Red Rocks; return Denver approx 5pm, drop at Larimar Square for dinner options.
Tour#4: We discuss and custom to your desire; perhaps add in Cave of the Winds at Manitou Springs.
