Lisbon Highlights Private Walking Tour

We had a wonderful tour of Lisbon with Francisco! He was very accommodating and made sure the tour was interesting and exciting for our toddler. We really appreciated hearing about the history and the culture of the city, something we would not have known much about if we had no gone on the tour! We had such a great time on the tour that we actually went back and re-traced our steps a few days later so we could see it all over again! I would recommend this walking tour to anyone visiting Lisbon! Thank you so much Francisco!

Francisco clearly loves his home city and sharing its history and culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our half day with him wandering the streets, hearing the stories and seeing the sights.

Francisco took us on a tour through the “center” of Lisbon. He showed us the Commerce square, Alfama and Mouraria. Francisco is very knowledgeable and friendly. We were impressed with his story telling skills and we learned about the history of Lisbon as well. We also got some tips on where to go and where to eat during the rest of our stay in Lisbon. We had a fantastic afternoon!

Francisco was incredibly patient with our family and accommodated us keeping the tour simple and fun. We have 3 and 5 year boys so we wanted to play in a local playground and ride the historical tram and he helped make that happen. He had purchased the tram tickets in advance we do didn't have to wait in any lines with the children. He also was super helpful with all of my questions regarding other travel in Portugal and locally.

Francisco was on time and very knowledgeable on Lisbon. He communicates in English well, very personable and a likable guy. We would recommend him as a guide to anyone. Two thumbs up!

Francisco was punctual, spoke good English and was extremely knowledgeable and an encyclopedia on the history of Portugal and Lisbon from 12 BC to present. The walk was somewhat challenging being there are so many steep hills in Lisbon. He was extremely patient and adjusted the pace of the tour to fit our ability. He didn't rush us at all even though our tour ran 30 minutes over the scheduled 3 hours. We highly recommend this tour and Francisco as a private guide.
