Valerio was such an amazing tour guide. Not only did he share with us so much information about films made in Venice but he also gave us so much insight to the history of Venice and living/working there today. He also gave great suggestions on food, restaurants and places to see. I highly recommend this tour…definitely request Valerio!!

Excellent tour with Valerio, who took us to little streets, canals, gelato places that we could have not found alone, and who made sure the children stayed also entertained. We warmly recommend this tour and other tours with Valerio, a very expert, patient, kind and accommodating guide! We learnt a lot about Venice with him. The pace of the tour was perfect, the explanations, the answers to all our questions

Our guide was amazing and took us to parts of Venice which we would have not found ourselves. We revisited those parts after the tour.

Great experience! Valerio provided a great tour with a lot of extra information. At the end of the tour, Valerio provided recommendations for restaurants and bars then assured each tour guest knew directions to hotels. I will recommend Valerio to all of my friends.

Valerio was a great tour. As a native of Murano, he showed us some places we would not have found on our own. We made our own glass bead! Monica was patient as we were both new to glasswork. On our tour, we actually found a factory that offered classes on glass blowing. We returned another day to create our own drinking glass! Murano was definitely a highlight of our tour.

Valerio guided us through Venice in the evening and its unusual links to LGBT history. He is a knowledgeable and professional guide who takes pride in his city of Venice. Separately, we went on his glass tour of Murano also. If you are a traveler who wants more from your visit than walking in the group behind the flag, then Valerio is for you!

Valerio is a knowledgeable professional guide. We did two tours with him on our recent trip to Venice: (i) Murano with a visit to one of the most famous and elegant design houses, and time with a glass blowing artist during which we were allowed to make our own design of a glass bead. (ii) a bespoke private tour of Venice at night “off the beaten path.” If you are a traveler who wants more from your visit than walking in the group behind the flag then Valerio is for you!

We had a wonderful tour of Murano glassmaking with Valerio and visited some amazing showrooms, factories and small boutique glassmakers. He took great care that we were looked after and engaged our kids so well. The kids loved making their own glass beads and will treasure their mementos. As a local, he knows the island very well and is happy to share his knowledge and experience. We highly recommend this tour.
