The house is located in Downtown Lexington. It is a prime location where you can access many places to eat. Pubs and bars, University of Kentucky, Transylvania University, and Legacy Trails are also reachable. You’ll also find that Breck and Linda are very helpful and will give you proper directions to anyplace you want to visit.
The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the second floor to which the guests have complete access. You can also use the kitchen if you want to cook your own food. Breck and Linda also offers their basement which has a bar and a TV. You can also enjoy their covered patio which has a grill and a fireplace.

Built in 1812 the house is a historic building in the heart of the city. You can walk to all the amazing places from the house as they are just a few blocks away; Lexington Opera House and Rupp Arena being some of them!
Decorated in warm cozy shades the house has a few rooms that they rent out, Belle Breezing Suite being one of them. The suite is decorated in the shades of gray and green with yellow, scattered here and there. The suite has a working fireplace and a walk in closet. The walls of the room host various paintings and large, tall windows that look over the West Short Street.

Close to the University of Kentucky this cozy studio is the perfect home away from home. It looks like a place from the tiny house nation! The furniture style and art add to the ‘cozy’ ambience. The studio is super clean and well kept. Abraham is a great host. He does his best to meet the guest’s needs. If you need anything or have any problems, his responses are prompt.
The apartment has amenities like a coffee pot, fridge, microwave, iron, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the bed is very comfortable which results in the most amazing thing a human being could ever ask for, undisturbed sleep!
