2. Madame Tussauds

A great way to spend a morning or afternoon, full of various celebrities, actors, musicians, and historians. Interactive scenes such as Jerry Springer make great photo opportunities to take home to treasure. Opened in 1999, this Madame Tussauds was one of the first to open in America.

3. SeaQuest interactive aquarium Las Vegas

The SeaQuest Aquarium is a great way of educating children on a fun day out, with snorkel sessions with tropical fish, stingrays, and various species available. Admission starts from just 9.95 USD, and there are over 10 categories which hold exhibits including lizards and Amazonian creatures. 4. Siegfried and Roy’s Secret Garden

See how one of the most famous magician duos took care of the animals used in their past magic shows. The animal sanctuary at the Mirage hotel hosts tigers, lions & panthers, plus bottlenose dolphins. The animals are well cared for, with the first thing you see being the dolphins enjoying themselves swimming and jumping between pools. You can also go to the underwater section and see them; sometimes they get really close to the glass! The next section of the garden is the lion and tiger enclosure; there are white tigers and lions on display, most enjoy simply relaxing in the shade.

7. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area

Managed by the Bureau of Land Management as part of its National Landscape Conservation System, and protected as a National Conservation Area, The Red Rock Canyon is a great way to explore the beautiful nature and colorful views of the canyon. 8. Neon Museum

The Neon Museum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to collecting, preserving, studying and exhibiting iconic Las Vegas signs for educational, historic and arts purposes. Several of the signs have been restored for public display. Due to the nature of the collection, the museum is only available through guided hour-long tours. The tours are offered seven days a week, which vary throughout the season. The Boneyard collection is outdoors, so remember to dress accordingly, and the tour sells quickly so be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
