For a dazzling view of surfers breaking the waves and of the ocean, get yourself a seat by the very capacious windows at Café Mouja and seat yourself on one of its chunky wooden furniture with a cooling smoothie. Accompanying the succulent juices and refreshing smoothies is a Moroccan and Western menu that has foods like chicken baguettes and beetroot and lentil salads. They also serve vegetarian on top of their meaty menu options. The café also has events such as music shows or movie nights being held there.

6. Dar Josephine

Enjoy your truly Moroccan meals under a terrace that is shaded and cooled down by creeping vegetation. Not only will you have the opportunity to savor Moroccan cuisine infused with cuisine from Lyon, but you also have the chance to enjoy some great international options from their menu, if not fully then a little influence in the Moroccan dishes. It should come as a surprise if a cat joins you at the table. They are a welcome and adorable relief that is well taken care of by the restaurant thanks to collaborations with the local authorities and an animal association in Taghazout. They get vaccinated and sterilized to avoid an explosion of cats in the area. For the love of food and animals, check them out.
