The elevated location of the house results in guests enjoying sea views from the outdoor decks that run the entire length of the villa. The lower level of the villa features sliding glass walls with all the spaces looking into the 40-sq-m (430.56-sq-ft) pool. The poolside deck includes some loungers and one of the two hot tubs. The deck also includes a barbecue grill and an outdoor dining table.
