This ethnic heritage of immigrants is evident in the architecture of the buildings- formed by two-story apartments with classic tile design, ornate wrought-iron balconies and street furniture. The shop windows and streets are adorned with works of local artists, and the iron benches are ideal to sit and people watch with a cup of coffee and Cuban toast.
