This house is just walking distance to the grocery store, to help you in procuring your daily necessities conveniently. There is also easy access to I4 and Orange County Convention Center. Bars are available less than 1.5 miles (2.4 km) away. There is a fire pit and a pool outside and you essentially have access to the entire house except for the in-law suite, where there is a tenant who helps with the house maintenance and cleaning. The check-in and check-out process is also really simple for this spacious house.

This is one of the best apartments in Orlando near Universal Studios for those traveling in a big group. Situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, this home is less than 5 miles (8 km) from Millenia Mall and International Drive. New contemporary furniture is available for your enjoyment, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV available. Paper products and soft clean linen are provided. Comfortable memory foam mattresses are provided on contemporary platform beds. There are also granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in this home. A large resort-style community pool and clubroom are also available. Check out the two playgrounds on the property too! There is plenty of room in the living area, the place looks exactly like the pictures, and it is also super close to both Universal Orlando and the airport.
