Baku is a city that can combine a lot of customs, traditions, architecture, mentality, and vibes of European capitals as well the great Transcaucasia. Walking around the city, I catch myself thinking that one of its parts reminds me of Dubai, while others of Berlin, Ukraine, or Prague.
