1. Four Seasons Hotel Baku (from USD 377)
This five-star hotel will give you the possibility to enjoy beautiful views of the capital of Azerbaijan. Surrounded by a boulevard and the Caspian Sea on one side and the Old City on the other, this hotel is in the heart of Baku. Each room is different in design, but each of them is made in beige tones that helped me relax and unwind after my long journey.
In addition, if you need extra relaxation, the hotel will provide you with access to the pool, sauna, and spa that also offers massages. To spend your spare time, use the gym located in the hotel or watch TV, which is provided in each room. After spending time on different activities within the city, I enjoyed food at the Italian restaurant at the hotel - Zafferano Restaurant. I strongly advise you to try their truffle menu. The prices are not the cheapest but the delicate truffle as an element of each dish is simply delicious. If not Zafferano, the Four Seasons also has Piazza lounge or Bentley’s Whiskey Bar in it.
The Four Seasons is pet-friendly, and to give your furry friend some frolic, you can always go to the nearby park boulevard. Near the hotel, there are also Park Boulevard Shopping Centre, the Azerbaijan Art Museum, one of the main streets of Baku – Nizami street, as well as many shops, cafes, and restaurants.

2. JW Marriott Absheron Baku Hotel (from USD 462)
The luxury of this hotel begins with its views from the windows of the endless Caspian Sea. While staying at this hotel, I enjoyed people-watching too, and it is especially wonderful to watch the Caspian Sea bathed in night lights from your fully equipped room.
You can enjoy the fitness gym on the 22nd floor open 24/7, the swimming pool, the sauna, and all this with a beautiful view of the sea. There are also conference rooms for important negotiations in case needed. When spending time in the conference room, the staff provided me and my team with all the needed equipment to lead the conference, so do not hesitate to reach out to them.
Within walking distance of the hotel, there are many main spots of Baku to visit - Baku White City Boulevard, Freedom Square, and the main street of the city with a huge number of cafes and restaurants. If you don’t feel like walking around, inside the hotel, enjoy ZEST Lifestyle Café, Fireworks Urban Kitchen, orOroNero Bar & Ristorante. Each place offers a different cuisine for your taste.

On one of the narrow central streets of Baku, where you can watch the life of the locals, there is Deniz Inn City Hotel. I have seen children going to school, old ladies waking up early to do grocery shopping, and young ravers passing by.
Having a mixture of marble and colorful wallpaper in its design, this hotel features a private balcony in every room to observe the life going on in Baku. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, personalized check-in and check-out times, and room service. It also provides a currency-exchange service for the guests, which proved to be quite useful.
