Dublin Rogues Tour
Dublin Rogues Tour is a walking tour which takes place in Merrion Square Park, the tour starts at the Oscar Wilde Monument where we tell the story of Oscar Wilde and his family, there are a series of busts and Statues dotted throughout the Park of Irish freedom fighters, writers and politicians we do a talk on each one of them and talk about others associated with the area along with the famous former residents of this beautiful Georgian Square.
DAY 1
DAY 1 -
The tour starts at the Oscar Wilde Monument located in Merrion Square Park we spend the first fifteen minutes telling the story of Oscar Wilde and his family who lived on Merrion Square, there are a series of busts dotted throughout the Park of Irish freedom fighters, writers and politicians and over the next hour we give an in depth talk on each one, then we discuss the history of Merrion Square and the former famous residents who lived on the Square including Daniel O'Connell, WB Yeats, Henry Grattan and others.
The tour is both entertaining and informative and lasts about an hour and twenty minutes.
