Jamaeca Piling is a writer, illustrator, and an advocate who aims to make a difference through art and literature. She writes for the loved and the unloved, for the whole and the damaged, the requited and the unprecedented. She is currently a curator in the content writing department of a multinational company based in Singapore. She also believes that the universe breathes, and that people's lives are like stars—they become wishes and shine when they die. Her mission is to create an environment for aspiring artists and initiate a collective response to societal concerns, raise awareness to certain issues, and bring life to advocacies that help make a difference in people's lives through art and literature.
