In this age where you can get a burger for a dollar and a milkshake for a few cents, good food almost becomes a question. With some revolutionary chefs re-introducing food the way it should be, we are able to taste proteins and fruits the way it should be. Thomas Keller, Alice Waters, Dan Barber, and Michael Pollan are some chefs who have made it very clear that you have to enjoy every part of cooking, starting from the garden. Respect your ingredients, learn them well, utilize it all and on the plate, let them shine! In summary, farm-to-table is a simple concept more and more are starting to embrace. Madison is a beautiful city that is surrounded by pristine lakes and acres of farms in the surrounding area. It is only fair that chefs make the most of it! Here are some of the best farm-to-table restaurants in Madison, Wisconsin.
