Situated by the waterfront of Singapore River, Fraser Place Robertson Walk is a luxury serviced apartment, which is built in the style of a Mediterranean village, making you feel far away from Singapore’s concrete jungle yet close enough to all the nightlife and shopping options. Read on to check out the amazing facilities in this comfortable serviced apartment.

Fraser Place Robertson Walk Singapore offers fully furnished 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and it will be a good choice for huge families or big groups of friends who would like to stay under the same roof, but with privacy in separate bedrooms.

It allows long-term accommodation but is also available for short-term stays for tourists visiting Singapore. Staying in such serviced apartments is akin to staying in a hotel suite as it comes complete with sofa, dining table and fully furnished kitchen. If you feel like whipping up a meal, the kitchen has all the utensils you need. You name it, they have it.

However, you are still entitled to a buffet breakfast every morning on the third floor where there are indoor seats and alfresco seats with a view of the swimming pool. The buffet breakfast is included in the apartment rate and best of all, you don’t have to flash any coupon when you enter the dining hall, and there is no one checking on you. Therefore, going for breakfast is a really hassle-free process; all you need to do is to enter the dining hall on an empty stomach and get ready to gorge yourself on the delicious food. The breakfast menu usually includes an iconic Singaporean dish, which is changes daily. It could be roti prata today, laksa tomorrow and mee siam the day after!

A washing machine is also provided for in the apartment’s kitchen so you don’t have to worry if you’ve sweat through your clothes while exploring under the hot Singapore sun.

Step into the bedroom and you will definitely want to plop yourself into the inviting bed. The bed is totally heavenly! Huge and soft, you will certainly have a good sleep after a long day out. It even comes with a pillow menu that offers you different types of pillows to choose from!

Fantastic location in close proximity to restaurants and shopping malls

To any foodie who likes to try out different cuisines, a stay in Fraser Place will definitely satisfy all your cravings because there are tens of dinings options just within a five-minute walk from where you stay, offering a mix of international cuisine in different restaurants. You can check out Chikuwa Tei for fresh sashimi, Gyu-Kaku for Japanese barbeque, Spathe Public House for Western food and Ju Shin Jung for Korean barbeque. If you feel like walking out just a bit more to explore other dining options, Clarke Quay is just a ten minute walk away, and you will be blown away by the popular nightlife and dining choices there.

In Singapore, you definitely have to go shopping and Singapore’s famous shopping belt, Orchard Road, is just a 10-minute bus ride away via bus number 143. Best of all, Fraser Place actually offers free hourly shuttle services to the main shopping areas in Singapore such as Bugis Junction, Suntec City Mall, Orchard Gateway, Ngee Ann City and Plaza Singapura so you can even save on transport costs and use the money for shopping instead!

Even if you missed the shuttle bus, you can walk to shopping malls like Plaza Singapura in Dhoby Ghaut or Central in Clarke Quay, which both take about 15 minutes. If you are too lazy to walk, just head to Liang Court, which is across the road.

In a food paradise like Singapore, it is inevitable to overeat, but fret not about your ballooning waistline because Fraser Place is equipped with a gym and a swimming pool, which allows you to work off your extra calories.

The gym and swimming pool are located on the third level, and the gym overlooks the outdoor pool. During my stay in Fraser Place, I got over the torture of running on the treadmill by the magnificent view of the glistening waters under the blue sky, telling myself that an inviting pool awaits me once I am done with my workout.

A splurge-worthy stay

Having stayed in Fraser Place for a few nights, I have nothing but praises for this comfortable serviced apartment. I felt like I was in my own home, but even better because I did not have to deal with tidying up as there were housekeeping services everyday.

A night’s stay doesn’t come cheap, starting at about 350 USD (480 SGD) per night for a one bedroom apartment for 2 occupants. It can accommodate up to 3 guests, with an additional charge of 40 USD (55 SGD) per night for the third guest.

If the price is within your budget, it is a really lovely place to stay, giving you the opportunity to settle in and create your own home away from home.
