Disney apparels such as Mickey Mouse ears, sweatshirts, and hats can add more fun and excitement to your adventure at Disneyland. Associating these apparels with your visit to the parks is a great way to sustain good memories and make your trip more magical. Some apparels such as the Mouse ears makes photos pop even better. You can purchase some of these items on your first day in this place or you can select some from vintage Disney World items for your closet. If you are heading to Disneyland, remember to wear some Disney accessories.

A camera is another crucial item in Disneyland as you will love to take home pictures of all the exciting places and moments you spend in this magical place. Make sure you are familiar with how to use the camera before deciding to come along with it, as some cameras are sophisticated. Learn how to turn off the flash and other essential settings you may require. You will have lots of moments you will like to capture, so a back-up camera battery is essential as taking lots of shots tends to consume battery life within a short while.

The importance of a phone in Disneyland cannot be overemphasized and not having one due to a low battery can be intolerable. You will require a phone at every point in time, from using the My Disney Experience App such as making reservations or inquiring about wait times and other stuff. Getting a durable, portable charger that can keep your phone alive throughout your visit is essential. Don’t cause a hitch to the excitement by forgetting to come along with a good, portable battery charger.

Coming along with some snacks is also an excellent idea to cut out extra costs. While there are lots of snack vendors at Disney world, their prices are a bit higher, and you may waste some fun, valuable time in the queues. Having fun is impossible on an empty stomach, and especially if you are coming with kids who might ask for food at any point in time, coming along with a healthy snack is crucial. Don’t forget to bring along bowls and spoons that are disposable or that are easy to wash for your convenience.

Rides in Disneyland, such as Splash Mountain, will surely get you wet. Instead of going with jeans and thick cotton shirts, it is wise to pack light clothes that dry quickly so you won’t feel uncomfortable being damp all day. You also have to take care of your feet to avoid blisters, by going with an extra pair of high-tech socks. Take advantage of the locker to store your dry clothes so that you can quickly change clothing after an exciting ride and get set for more fun.

Disney world is magical but not free from germs. In a day, thousands of people make use of the amenities in this place. From the door handles to the fingerprint scanner at the entrance of each park, germs are everywhere, making you vulnerable to some bacterial infections. Don’t be too overwhelmed with the excitement and neglect your health by forgetting to go with a sanitizer. Make good use of it and stay safe from unforeseen infections. Also, be kind to others and stay back at your resort if you are fighting a cold or other contagious illness.

7. Stroller if you have a kid

For a family with kids, a stroller is a top requirement as carrying a child for five miles (eight kilometers) can be stressful, mind deviating and overwhelming. The stroller basket is also ideal for storage of souvenirs, extra clothing, parade blankets, and snacks. Meanwhile, there are certain places you are not allowed to take in a stroller, such as the ride lines, so pack anything valuable from the stroller at such points for safety (although theft is unlikely). Also, put a label on your stroller for easy identification as most of them look much alike.

In the magical Disney World, you have tons of things to explore, and you will virtually spend a considerable amount of time between standing in lines and attractions. The fact that 25 percent of your bones are located in your feet makes proper support and alignment crucial. Bringing comfortable walking shoes is a top recommendation because happy feet are a requirement for a happy Disney World explorer. To focus on the fun that this place has to offer rather than on sore, painful feet, pack a good pair of shoes.

Rain is not easily predictable in Orlando, and sometimes, even the weather forecast may mislead you. Spending your day in wet clothes, especially if you are not wearing easy-drying ones, can be very uncomfortable. Ponchos can be bought with the parks but are more expensive, getting one before going in can save you money. Make sure all members of your group has a poncho to be fully secured from wetness and inconveniences. So, you have two choices, either bring your ponchos or be ready to shell out the money in case it rains.

A lightweight backpack that will hold only essential items such as phone charger, snacks, water bottles, and ponchos is preferable in Disney. However, you should not overpack as some rides such as the roller coaster has little space for your personal belongings and you will be walking all day from one point to the other, and may end up being stressed out before you catch all the fun. Do note that bags will be thoroughly searched as weapons are not allowed in the parks.
