Agon-Coutainville is a relatively small town in the northwestern region of France in Normandy. Located right on the water, the town certainly owes much its history and economy to the seaside. This space is a typical Agon-Coutainville style villa and as the title suggests, it is located right on the seafront. Enjoy those amazing views from your private balcony and grab a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sunset. On hot summer days, you’ll have direct access to the beach where you can head down and take a dip to cool off. The kitchen is fully equipped and the terrace has a barbecue for grilling up something good. Of course, for those who don’t want to cook, there are a bunch of cute little restaurants on the seafront to go and try out!

This bright and spacious house is newly renovated and located on a hill whereas the owners describe it as “the hill with birds”. So if you’re into bird watching then definitely check out this accommodation! There’s a beautiful terrace and garden where guests can spend some quality outdoor time. Many of the seafront shops and restaurants are only a short distance away. The sea views from the west allow some magnificent sunsets and the garden from the east allows for even better sunrises! There is a garden furniture for guests to use as they please, while barbequing.

This is a great spot for people with families or a group of friends looking for a cool weekend getaway. It sleeps up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a wonderful wooden terrace space and garden if you wish to spend some time outside. This charming little house is almost like something from a fairy tale. The stone structure gives the house a very old-time feel but inside, it is completely modern, giving guests the best of both worlds. The location is close to the water but is still located in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood with access to a large garden and terrace. Bikes are available to borrow on request so guests can cycle around Agon-Coutainville and ride to the seafront. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as bathrooms and shower.

As the owner describes this accommodation; “it’s like being on a boat”. This is certainly the case as you are so close to the sea, you will feel like you’re on a boat without any of the seasickness. This lovely cottage farmhouse was recently renovated to fit a private apartment and comes with all the modern amenities you’d expect. Located in the middle of the park of the Poole d'Agon-Coutainville and only a few steps from the sea, this apartment is great for outdoorsy people where they can enjoy the splendour of the park and the beauty of the sea. The seafront is so close that you can hear it at high tide while you relax in the garden. Pets are welcome here as long as they’re well trained and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The seaside town of Agon-Coutainville is a beautiful place with many accommodations facing the sea. The water is such a prominent part of life here that the town and its shops all face it.
