According to her, the best part of traveling is exploring new food and finding hidden cafes that specialize in great coffee, and local delicacies. She has a habit of making her way into the kitchens of restaurants to chat with the chefs and learn regional cooking secrets so she can recreate her food experiences for her family. Although her day job as an infant sleep consultant keeps her busy she still manages to get away several times a year. She has a 9 year old son who is obsessed with Orcas, so the next trip she plans is to the Arctic Circle and fingers crossed, they can see some!
