Rachel has forgotten when and exactly how she caught the travel bug. What she does remember is the triumphant feeling she enjoys when she sees the fascinating world out there with her own eyes. She lives by the motto "you don't have to be rich to travel well", and hunting down value-for-money deals gives her a great sense of accomplishment. While she hasn't been everywhere, she endeavours to go some place she has never been before at least once a year.
