Stepping into this garden will take you to the world of roses. It is Asia’s biggest rose garden where you will see more than 1,600 species of roses. 3. Enjoy boating at Sukhna Lake

Extending crosswise over 3 km (1.8 miles), this human-made lake was made in the year 1958 by damming the Sukhna Choe stream spilling out of the Shivalik slopes. The lake is encased by a fairway on the South and the popular Rose Garden on its western end. The Sukhna Lake is the natural home of various fish and transitory flying creatures like cranes and Siberian ducks. The Government of India has declared this lake the national wetland.
