Villa Denise in Argassi, Zakynthos, Greece is a type of accommodation most tourists would find a good fit for their needs. The villa features an excellent location in regard to proximity to the town’s commercial zone (souvenir shops, agencies selling excursions, car rentals, stores…), Argassi beach, and the staff shows the utmost hospitality. It also assumes an elevated ground, with views of the sea and wooded hills from the upper floors. Owners of Villa Denise have spent many years working in the tourism industry, which is obvious at every step, and excellent service at all times is what you can always count on. So, if you are looking for a decent accommodation that is reasonably priced, you are in the right place.
The location of Villa Denise
The centre of Argassi, with all facilities catering to tourists, is located at the base of the hill where the villa is situated, and can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes. Villa Denise is encircled by olive trees, and the panoramic views of neighbouring hills, gardens and the sea are very engaging. Argassi Beach, which cannot be compared with spectacular beaches of Zakynthos (Navagio Beach - Shipwreck, beaches of Vassilikos Peninsula, etc.), is accessible from the villa in 5 minutes.
You won’t have to go far for some basic shopping, too; the nearest store is only minutes away, but if you travel on a budget, you should consider a slightly more distant shop, which can be found at the crossroads of the main street. A couple of bars and restaurants are also in the vicinity of the accommodation.
Accommodation units
Villa Denise has both apartments and studios. The apartments are spacious and well illuminated, and each accommodation unit is equipped with an air-conditioner and Wi-Fi, which are included in the rental price. The villa’s neighbourhood is very peaceful, and you won’t have trouble with noise.
The spacious beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space in the attached closets for your stuff. Kitchenettes are equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerators, stovetops…) and utensils. Balconies and terraces, with views of the surroundings, make an excellent choice for enjoying your meals and relaxing. Just in case, each unit is equipped with a safe deposit box, too.
Cleaning of the accommodation units takes place daily, and linens and towels are changed frequently.
Complementary facilities of Villa Denise
If you don’t feel like going to the beach, Villa Denise has a swimming pool, which is free for its guests. You can enjoy some leisure time on sun loungers under parasols next to the pool, and grab a snack from the attached snack bar. A large parking lot is located next to the villa, and if you prefer to go on the internet in the garden environment rather than within the apartment’s walls, Wi-Fi is at your disposal there, too.
A word about the owners
The Greeks are known as very hospitable people, and owners of Villa Denise are among the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. They were very forthcoming people during our entire stay, and any help we needed they gladly offered. They will offer you various tips on how to improve your stay in Zakynthos and will look after your things just like their own. Suffice it to say that they made our great stay in Zakynthos much more pleasant than we anticipated.
