Not only do the front desk staff do an incredible job to make you feel welcomed, if you need any assistance during your stay, just give Housekeeping or the reception a ring and you will be assured of their prompt action to help in every way they can. If you need recommendations for food, directions etc., they will be able to provide some local tips as well. Besides, you will be greeted cheerfully every time you step out or return to the hotel. Definitely a wow factor to impress guests like you and me!
Spacious and cosy room for quality rest
Boasting a spacious room area of 32 square meters for the studio balcony room, the room may not look impressive with its plain furnishings, but looks are deceiving. The room is really cosy with a homely feel. In fact, the queen bed provided is really worth the five-star as the owners claimed, for you can sleep through the night comfortably.
The Italian leather couch in the room is also great for moments when you just want to be a couch potato or simply to rest your tired feet after all the walking tours that Launceston is famous for. You can also laze on the couch, while making use of the free and reliable Wi-Fi service to do last minute research for your holidays. Furthermore, the room may be facing York Street, but don’t worry, it will not get so noisy such that it may disturb your rest.
