A family-operated, 49-hectare (120-acre) hill farm in Lake District National Park, Abbot Park Farm Campsite boasts a wide-open countryside setting with an abundance of wildlife. It is a tent-only campsite that welcomes guests for a minimum of two nights during regular days and three nights during bank holidays. However, it also has two Camping Barns for luxury glamping. Each barn is available for a minimum of two nights, sleeping up to six people. In the Service Block, you will find shower areas, toilets, and washbasins for men, women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Peacefully situated on the hills of Witherslack, Moss Howe Farm Campsite is conveniently a few minutes away from Ambleside, Cartmel, and Windermere. It has exceptional camping facilities, including freshwater taps, showers, toilets, washrooms, a laundry room, and an all-weather picnic barn. Furthermore, charging areas are available in the shower blocks, which you may use for a minimal hourly fee. Campfires are permitted here, as long as you use a fire pit. Fire pits can be provided for free, but they are limited so you are encouraged to request one as soon as possible.

Birchbank Cottage and Camping Site is a 121-hectare (300-acre) farm in Lake District. It provides different accommodation options, including a self-catering cottage that dates back to the early 18th century. Meanwhile, its campsite is suitable for both caravans and tents. Specifically, it has eight electric hook-ups and a hardstanding area. Motorhomes are welcome, as well. Dogs are allowed on the property, but they should be on a leash at all times. Open fires are not allowed, only barbecues and fire pits in a container. However, all fires must be extinguished before 10pm.

Eskdale Campsite is open seasonally, typically from May through January. It features 110 pitches for caravans, motorhomes, pods, and tents, accommodating guests for a minimum of 2 nights per stay. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and walkers who wish to explore Lake District, it is set in a 3-hectare (8-acre) property of meadow grassland in Eskdale. If you prefer glamping, you can stay in 1 of its 10 pods. You can bring up to two dogs per pod, provided that they are well-behaved at all times.
