Flush and vault toilets, firewood, thrash collection, grills, and potable drinking water are some facilities available here. If you are camping anytime from March to October, you can reserve the site. Rest of the year, the site welcomes camping enthusiasts on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Willow Flat Campground

If you are planning to camp in an RV or trailer near Arches National Park, choose this peaceful campground. It boasts 12 campsites and is open for camping enthusiasts throughout the year. Camping sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as it’s not open to reservation facilities. With Green River Overlook in the vicinity, you can watch breathtaking vistas while here. The ground is open for group camping with a maximum of 10 camping enthusiasts in a group. Vault toilets, trash collection, and fire rings are available for your convenience. Drinking water is not available, however, you can bring it along with you or find it outside the visitor center. Public Wi-Fi enables you to stay connected back home. 5. Kayenta Campground

Nestled in Dead Horse Point State Park, this fabulous campground is an ideal spot to enjoy camping in an RV or a trailer. It is home to more than 20 campsites. The campground is open throughout the year, and welcomes a group or a family of eight in one camping unit at a campsite. Electricity is available, thus making your experience more convenient. Although drinking water is available, it is not to fill up RVs. Fire rings, firewood, charcoal grills, flush toilets, sheltered tables, electrical hook-ups, and a dump station are other facilities available here. 6. Needles District Campground

Another spot to enjoy camping in RV is Needles District Campground. It is home to 3 group camping sites, which are open from 15th March to 15th November annually, and 26 individual campsites, which are open throughout the year. It allows camping in tents and self-contained RVs and trailers. Seasonal flush toilets, year-round vault toilets, trash collection, hand-pumped drinking water, picnic tables, grills, and fire rings are available here. If you are camping with your pets, be sure to keep them on a leash.

Rafting, kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, and hiking are some exciting activities that you can enjoy here. Be sure you do not enter the river without life jackets as there prevail dangerous undercurrents. The campground is open year-round, but the best time to visit is Spring, when the temperature is moderate.
