Connie Pearson is a travel writer and blogger based in Alabama. She has traveled extensively throughout the US and to countries in Central and South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe, in addition to living as a missionary and expat in Ecuador for 4 years. Since her children and 14 grandchildren are scattered between Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee, she and her husband Steve (whom she calls "Silver Fox") consider the South to be their true heartland. Connie loves to eat regional dishes, avoids cookie-cutter places and experiences, and is fondly known by her family and friends as the Queen of Questions.
