During any “down time” experienced by the staff, you will see them wiping down surfaces with a powerful disinfectant containing a 45-second kill time for all viruses, including COVID-19. Those entrusted with the task of cleaning guest rooms use hospital grade disinfectants and an electrostatic sprayer to clean every touch area in the rooms. Guests will also find a packet of disinfectant wipes for their personal use.
Elevator instructions request that no more than two people or one family be on the elevator at one time.

Guest rooms at SpringHill Suites go beyond the anticipated comfortable bed and flatscreen TV. These rooms also have a sitting area with a sofa bed and a workstation. The linens are soft, the mattresses are thick, and the WiFi is complimentary. There is also a microwave, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, an iron, ironing board, and Smart TV capabilities, such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and Pandora.
Guest bathrooms include Paul Mitchell toiletries, a hair dryer and plenty of thirsty towels and hot water.
Special considerations in the common areas
The complimentary hot breakfast has been temporarily suspended for safety reasons. In its place, guests are offered coffee, juice, pastries and yogurt.
The hours for the swimming pool have been shortened to 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a maximum of 10 people in the pool at any one time.
The fitness center is open 24 hours a day but must be accessed by going to the front desk and requesting entry. There is a two-person limit in the room. Staff members regularly disinfect equipment, and wipes are available for guests as they are using the room.
