Dinner

After a long, hard day of exploring, skiing, or entertaining, dinner is a well-deserved break. However, depending on your mood and time in Salt Lake City, you might want to go for a very casual dinner one night and a very fancy one the next. So below are two local favorites you can use to satisfy both occasions.

5. The Pie Pizzeria

My personal favorite (and this goes for lunch or dinner) is The Pie Pizzeria. This pizzeria is near the University of Utah and has all the nostalgia and comfort of college days. With tons of options for pizza, including some delicious vegetarian and vegan choices, this place is a crowd-pleaser. Descend into the hip and historic dining area and sit around a booth checking out the various pi symbols. While you’re waiting for your pizza, you can also split a pitcher of the best micro-brewed root beer you’ll find!
