1. Abbey Hotel (from USD 125)
Just a two minute walk from central Bath this quirky boutique hotel is a great place to spend a few days. The bedrooms are a good size, with a seating area and matching decoration throughout. In terms of the main hotel area it seems that there is a room specifically designed to meet everyone’s tastes.
You could choose to grab a beer in the underground dome bar, which feels like a hipster hangout, outside in the Italian styled street bar, the wooden cabin (which gets beautifully transformed for Christmas) which wouldn’t be out of place in a ski lodge, the bright ‘art bar’ with cutting edge design works, or even, what we have donned, the white sparkle room. This hotel has a nice 'buzz’ to it, so wherever you choose to have that beer you wont be disappointed.

This large boat on the River Avon, just a short distance from the city centre, can sleep up to nine people. Bath at your doorstep
There is so much to see and do in Bath that it really is best to have a central location during your stay, meaning that you will be able to explore much further. The prices of these accommodations do vary but we’re sure that we’ve included somewhere to suit everyone’s budget. Which is your favorite from the above? Personally I think we’ll be booking Andrew’s Traditional Working Boat soon, that original aga is just beautiful and what a unique experience it would be on that boat with friends and a nice glass of wine. Right then, who wants to join us?
