1. Kazuki
How about a combination of the best of food from France and Japan? Well, you can get that at Kazuki Restaurant. Enjoy the best of Japan and France with an ambience set to Japan’s array of paper lanterns and a somewhat comforting image of a huge samurai mural protecting the dining room. You can opt to have up to an eight-course tasting menu and they all come with a fixed price. Considering they use the best, fresh produce Daylesford can offer at different seasons, their menu changes to suit the season. After putting a lot of thought and care when preparing the food, you are guaranteed an experience in your mouth.

The place has a bar, fireplace and dining areas that have created an atmosphere that rivals many. Their menu changes frequently but always has very delicious foods.

Enjoy your food surrounded by great air, thanks to the Argus’s garden setting. They have a fresh garden planted outside and when need arises for some fresh sprigs of vegetables, the chefs just step outside and pluck a few for themselves. Now if that does not impress you enough, then their rare-breed beef and lamb prepared with the same fresh vegetables and herbs will truly have you going back to this restaurant. With a world class chef who has the menu changing according to the season’s produce, you will be able to taste an array of different foods on a menu that will probably not be the same in three months or so.
