Such a wonderful home and wild fragrant garden
However the price is quite high particularly considering the late check in and early check out
This property would be majorly improved with some pruning which would open up the view of the harbour and with some exterior maintenance
The outdoor area was very unkempt and overgrown

A fully equipped house, it has a kitchen, a separate living room, partitioned bedroom, and a bathroom. This cottage, built in the 1860s, is a perfect place for those who want to stay in a place that has a story. The cottage has a wood burner and a heater which helps it stay cozy in the cold weather. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with queen- and king-sized beds, accessible via a steep staircase. Children and less mobile people may not be able to climb up safely. Don’t let this deter you from booking this cottage though - it is fully furnished with a kitchen and TV, as well as washer and dryer facilities. There is a private garden with an ocean view. From here, you can walk 10 minutes to the Speights Brewery, cafes, bars, restaurants, movie theatres and galleries.

An open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, it has sliding doors to access the deck and view the fantastic, uninterrupted views of the city and the harbor. Double glazing ensures that the room stays warm and sunny, but there is also a gas fire to heat the house for chilly evenings. Across the road is a small playground, although you can also walk 10 minutes downhill to a more massive playground. The home also has air conditioning, TV, and washer, dryer facilities. The house is a five-minute drive to St Clair Beach, with its hot salt water pool perfect for the elderly. For those who want to swim, the pool opens at 6 am! The beautiful Glenfalloch Gardens is 10 minutes from the peninsula by driving.
