The brand new Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel opened on April 2, 2014. It’s located just 4 minutes away on foot from Tokyo Station and is ideal for visitors who come for tourism and business trips. There are 150 guest rooms with 4 different patterns of design, each of which is colorful and possesses some individuality. The hotel has a high-class restaurant and a café so it’s convenient also for non-guests. A new stylish hotel was born!

Free Wi-Fi and special place to enjoy your drink

When staying in a hotel, sometimes you’d want to just relax inside without going anywhere and get a taste of the special atmosphere.

The newly opened Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel is designed under the concept of a city apartment. Yet the design and interior are very refined. On the photo you can see the shared space called “Library bar” which is equipped with imported tables and sofas with a stylish and modern design. You’ll almost forget that you’re in Tokyo, and might as well feel that you’re in the center of Paris!

In the Library bar you can drink not only coffee and tea, but also alcohol drinks. The room is well equipped with AC sockets and mobile phone chargers, so people on a business trip can freely use their laptops.

Working is easy in this stylish and classy environment! Enjoy your time in this French-flavored library bar. By the way, guests of the hotel can receive up to 2 cups of coffee and tea for free!

Bright and fresh! The "Creator's Queen" type of rooms

As I already mentioned, there are 150 rooms in Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel which have 4 different design patterns. Each of them conveys the city apartment lifestyle.

On the photo you can see the room designed the look like the apartment of IT and media-related “digital creators”. The interior is simple and mostly green so the atmosphere is bright and fresh. Bright colors stimulate the nerves, therefore staying in this room might help you create wonderful ideas. The room is 20 square meters wide and has a queen size Simmons bed. It’s the most common type of room in the hotel – a total of 50 of them are designed like this (some are not green, but orange).

Another truly great thing is that there are a total of 9 electric plugs per room. Many people look first for them when they enter a hotel room. Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel is fully equipped for the needs of all your electronic devices.

The relaxing and posh "Editor's twin"

This room is designed to look like the home of the chief editor of a popular magazine. The lamps have moon and mountain patterns, while the relaxed purple and black color mix reminds of traditional Japanese Zen atmosphere. This is a room where foreign visitors can feel the true spirit of Japan. It’s 23 square meters wide, equipped with Simmons twin beds.

In most hotels all the rooms are white or beige regardless of their type and the size of the beds. But in Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel the rooms are designed to look like houses of 4 city dwellers. Just staying there is interesting so be sure to enjoy your time.

5 out of the 150 rooms are called “Curator’s” and are exclusively for women. Here you can try L'Occitane bath amenities, face care sets and humidifiers for free. That’s the service women prefer!

Hotel room information: Check-in: 3 pm, check-out: 12 am Free LAN and Wi-Fi DVD, air cleaner, power transformer and other items can be rented for free

Café GGCo where you can eat freshly baked bread and drink coffee roasted 48 hours

On the first floor of Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel is the wood-based natural café GGCo.

The selection of freshly baked bread is quite rich. Of course, the famous Tokyo curry bread can be found here too. Their long loafs are mildly fried so that they’re crispy outside but soft inside. The mildly spicy curry inside is easy to digest. This curry pan is a really exquisite local food.

The coffee is made from the high-class Tera Coffee beans. It’s roasted for 48 hours and immediately distributed to the hotel to produce the best possible taste for the customers. This coffee tastes delicious and fresh! A must try for coffee lovers. There are electric plugs and free Wi-Fi in this café too. You can use it even if you don’t stay at the hotel. It opens at 8 am, so it’s ideal for eating your breakfast.

Restaurant "Lavarock" where you can try real bistro dishes

restaurant "lavarock" where you can try real bistro dishes

On the same first floor is restaurant “Lavarock”. Guests of the hotel can have their dinner here in a buffet style, but it’s open even for non-guests. This place is open from the morning till late at night when it becomes a bar and is ideal to enjoy a glass of wine.

The name “Lavarock” comes from volcanic lava. This is because most dishes are prepared on a grill. The high temperature makes everything so soft and delicious that meat lovers should definitely come and eat here. The main dishes cost about 1500 JPY. Just even one dish is enough for 2 people. You can also get plenty of different tapas for 500 JPY and wine. Make your choice from the big selection and enjoy the bistro atmosphere.

The popular sightseeing spots of Ginza and Nihonbashi are within a walking distance!

Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel is located just 4 minutes way on foot from Yaesu South Exit of JR Tokyo Station, and 1 minute away from Exit 7 of subway’s Kyobashi Station. Ginza and Nihonbashi are within a walking distance so shopping is convenient. No matter whether you come for tourism or business, this hotel will boost up the experiences from your Tokyo trip!
