The main attraction of Ssam Korean Bistro is the bibimbap. This dish consists of rice that is served in a hot stone bowl. It is topped with a variety of vegetables and fillings like barbecued beef and pork, seafood, and even kale and tofu. The entrees at this bistro are designed to be served family-style and they also have tons of great appetizers to share.
