Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is located in the best place for sightseeing in Sapporo. You can easily access popular spots such as Sapporo Station, Odori Park, Susukino and Maruyama from here. Many of the guests are regular repeaters, fascinated by the pleasant rooms, the panorama hot-spring bath and the Italian breakfast. Odori Park is right before your eyes and feels like your own personal garden. This hotel can be used for many purposes, such as business, romantic date, tourism and others!

The welcome aroma instantly makes you forget about your daily worries

Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is located right next to Odori Park, just 1 minute away from exit 2 on the subway’s Odori Park Station. The interior is not gaudy but instead attracts visitors with a pleasant light environment. The welcome aroma in the spacious Scandinavia-design lobby fills you with positive energy while you check-in.

Sapporo Station and Susukino are just one station away, and you can walk to them through the underground passage in 10 minutes without worrying about bad weather.

Pleasant top-class room

Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is not a luxurious one. It doesn’t have massive suite rooms or foreign amenities. However, the guests consider it very pleasant and keep returning here when coming to Sapporo.

The reasons are the great location and the good cost-performance. There is a safe women-only floor, and you can discover nice little details showing consideration for the guests such as part of the bathroom mirror not becoming misty when you shower. The interior feels like a relaxing gallery and the rooms are always clean and pleasant. This is a great city hotel for all kind of travelers.

I recommend the rooms with the park view. Open the curtains and you’ll see the entire Odori Park! In winter you can even see the snow statues of the Snow Festival!

Enjoy Odori Park as your own garden

Odori Park hosts various events throughout the year: the lilac festival in spring, the yosakoi dance festival in early summer, then a beer garden, city jazz, autumn festival, winter illuminations and the Snow Festival. This park is a symbol of Sapporo, but in early mornings it’s very quiet and you can enjoy its nature without seeing many people around. Staying at this hotel gives you the chance to stroll Odori Park during its quiet times.

On the photo you can see one of the snow statues during the Snow Festival in February 2014. The hotel is a great choice for people who wish to stay close to the main venue of the festival.

Relax in the panorama hot spring bath

All the rooms are equipped with a shower and a bath, but Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo has also its own panorama hot spring on the top floor! The women’s bath is a Western-style one, while the men’s bath is a Japanese-style one. Particularly the men’s bath is rather wide and pleasant for the guys. They always come out happy from it and say how great it was. The guys can see the entire city from the windows and enjoy their bath to the fullest.

But the women’s bath is not bad either. On the photo you can see the resting space next to the changing room. From the windows you can see Odori Park and the surrounding office buildings. This space is unique and very relaxing despite being located in the very center of the city! Here you can rest after a bath with a cup of water.

A great menu for breakfast as well!

a great menu for breakfast as well!

Local people know Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo’s restaurant “Il Chianti” as one of the best Italian restaurants and often come here for breakfast. Here you can have not only pasta and salads with delicious dressings, but also Japanese cuisine consisting of nearly 30 items. The restaurant is loved by all kinds of customers, and sometimes gets crowded. It’s not a Japanese ryokan inn, so please don’t come with slippers and your night kimono.

Those who have more time and want to eat fresh seafood can walk for about 10 minutes to Nijo Market, or eat morning sandwiches in the sandwich restaurant “Saera” located 5-6 minutes away in the underground passage. “Saera” offers sandwiches with Hokkaido crab. There is a selection of over 100 items including hot pork cutlet or shrimp sandwich, smoked salmon and others. The area offers great choices for breakfast!

Opening time and approximate budget: “Il Chianti”: 7 am to 10 am. About 1300 JPY with a same-day reservation in the hotel and 1100 JPY with a prior reservation.

Nijo Market: no closing day, the shops open from 7:30-8:30 am. About 1000 JPY for a set menu with grilled fish, or 2000-3000 JPY for a set menu with a seafood bowl of rice.

“Saera”: Monday-Friday 8 am to 7 pm, weekends and national holidays 9 am to 6:30 pm. About 560 JPY for breakfast, or 1000 JPY for a set with crab or fruits sandwiches.

Conclusion

Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo fascinates with its great location. It’s the best place to enjoy Odori Park’s events, the park’s morning freshness in summer and evening quietness in winter. The hotel offers different accommodation plans in different seasons, so feel free to choose the most suitable for you.
