Their contemporary American menu is a fusion with different international cuisines served daily with fresh vegetarian and gluten-free dishes made with ingredients from organic local farms and purveyors. Their organic and preservative free dishes are served three times a day to customers with specific dietary requirements like vegans, Paleo, or gluten-free without compromising on flavor. They opened Great Full Gardens Express in Joe Crowley student union, the University of Nevada on October 2014 using the quick-service style, serving the same wholesome menu with wine and beer in a relaxing casual environment. For breakfast, try several versions of eggs benedict, fruit omelets, eggs, and organic potatoes, a fully loaded Mike Crawford Breakfast Sandwich, salads, treats, and side dishes.
