This is a new house, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms right on top of Sunset beach. The proper town, sporting facilities and all kinds of stores are only a few minutes’ away by car. The house is spacious and pretty to look at. The floors are made of bamboo and the ceilings are quite high, so there’s ample air circulation throughout the house. There is a shower outside for you to wash after a good sunbathing. There is also a double garage where your cars can be parked. It is quiet and peaceful while being close to the town attractions.

A very well-loaded two-bedroom and one-bathroom house, which is only 1 km (0.6 miles) away from the city centre and a short distance away from the beaches, bottle shops, the Northgate shopping centre and Cole’s supermarket. The bedrooms have a flat-screen TV each and ceiling fans. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, along with a DVD player, free access to premium Netflix, air-conditioning and also a double futon in the lounge. There is a small backyard with seating arrangement and in front of the house, there is a place to park your car. Eighth street (the sporting venue) is not far from this place either. You can also go swimming, play basketball, tennis, skate and so on.
