Vertical Diner offers fine vegan dining in Salt Lake City, with another branch in Portland, Oregon. Here you can enjoy the famous Dude Cakes, Meatless Monday, and even Wings Wednesday! The diner’s menu is fully plant-based in an effort to change the world.
