The restaurant was started by the people who fun Buds sandwich shop, and is a different concept, as Boltcutter brings veganism into the mainstream. Vertical Diner offers fine vegan dining in Salt Lake City, with another branch in Portland, Oregon. Here you can enjoy the famous Dude Cakes, Meatless Monday, and even Wings Wednesday!
