1. Marvellous apartment in the heart of Gold Coast

One block away from Lake Michigan, State Street and Rush street, this apartment is all about location and even more. The apartment can host up to eight people and is squeaky clean. It really exudes a homely ambience. All the rooms are cosy and with all the necessary amenities. But the main thing is that you can use the location of the apartment for small or bigger strolls in the surrounding area and then come back for a comfortable sleep to recharge your batteries.

Amenities & Room:
The kitchen was pretty well stocked
However nothing was missing
If you plan on having someone use the pull out couch in the front of the house bring an eye mask
We didn't use the kitchen
Only paper towels which made keeping the dishes clean a difficult task
Cleanliness:
The apartment was clean when we arrived
Host:
he said he was there about a hole in the wall Not sure where all the communication went wrong
My initial impression upon arrival wasn't the best as the exterior of the townhouse was somewhat dirty looking with cobwebs on the lights and dirty windows
Overall this home was pretty good and served it's purpose for us
but it would be nice to have them knock even if they think we are out
we were renting their vacation home
Location:
And the area felt very safe
However it did not have any way to clean dishes
We felt safe in the house and for the little amount of time we actually spent in the house
of course we were not home
(we did not seem to have this issue?)

Amenities & Room:
ample light and a small kitchen
but unfortunately the large kitchen is in the basement and a little dark
SpotHero parking was convenient and affordable
spacious pretty much everything you could want in a rental
which were a little more bright and comfortable for the group
Cleanliness:
The place was clean and charming
The upper two suites are the best with large rooms
Host:
We had ten women and rented all units in the home
I am from Chicago and knew that our group would LOVE walking out the door and having the lakefront
They said we would be reimbursed for the early check in fee but have not been
bars and the beach
We paid for early check in and the house was not ready when we got there
Location:
you are right in the Gold Coast and just minutes away from restaurants
Easy to get into the place
The house was really close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores as well as CTA to get around town
There were not a great deal of amenities just enough towels and a shortage of soap
The perfect location in the Gold Coast made it easy to walk to bars and restaurants in Old Town and we never spent more than $5 on an Uber elsewhere
