As the nation’s third oldest city, Newark offers endless arts and entertainment options. The name is believed to derive from Newark-on-Trent, England, due to the influence of Pastor Abraham Pierson who may have ministered in Newark, Nottinghamshire. Today, the city hosts big-name concerts, dance performances, and other attractions, including Newark Museum and Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Although smaller than the nearby New York City, the five city wards are worth exploring. Make a memorable journey to Newark and have a pleasant stay in the Garden State’s largest metropolis by scrolling down this article to figure out the best Vrbo rentals in Newark, New Jersey.

Amenities & Room:
The apartment was great-comfortable beds
Everything just as shown in pictures
and there was plenty of room
Bed are really confortableKitchen is fully
The 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of room and all also had plenty of closet space as did the 2 full bathrooms
Cleanliness:
Rooms are very spacious bathrooms as well
The perks we appreciated the most were that it was very clean
air-conditioned dishwasher full kitchen and full sized washer and dryer
It was dark and the neighborhood was bad and not residential
Host:
Big comfortable updated
Very clean and warm and very Welcoming too Sani was so nice and was there waiting to greet us when we arrived (even at our late arrival time of about 12:30
The one thing that disappointed us was that only 1 key was made available to us
so that made it tough
but Sani was aware of them and was taking care of them
Location:
the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy
We rode the bus n train to N Y C
The neighborhood isn't the greatest (we never once felt unsafe though) but super convenient for catching a quick Uber to Penn station to then catch the train in to NY
the location is not the best
It's a really good place to stay
