A glorious two-level private residence offering luxurious living within the privately gated enclave residential community of Punta Mita. Beautifully designed inside-outside living areas with a large covered terrace and built in BBQ, central courtyard make it perfect to entertain whilst around the gorgeous infinity pool and a private large plunge pool. 7. Gorgeous condo with a pool
The common area of this condo is covered with a hut style roof, located beside the pool equipped with tables, chairs and a bar - great for large groups! The pool has two levels with poolside showers and bathrooms and the complex has gated access to the beach. Bedrooms are large and come joined to their own bathrooms. Air conditioning units are provided in all rooms to keep you cool and refreshed. The second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with an additional pull out mattress underneath for a total of four beds.
