Switching gears to properties that are ocean front, we find this beautifully updated condo that is located south of the main town area. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo can accommodate up to two guests. This particular listing is advertising the private room, but there is another listing that advertises both bedrooms. The condo is located in a gated community and also has free parking available, although there is affordable transportation available in the area. In addition to the room rate, there is just a 10 USD cleaning fee.

4. Oceanfront getaway in beautiful Cabo (from USD 120)
This beautiful apartment is also south of the main town area but is not as far away as the previous property. This studio can accommodate up to two guests and has one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment has a wrap-around balcony so that guests can get great panoramic views of the area. There is a 21 USD cleaning fee, and a three-night minimum stay.

Casa Natalia is another boutique hotel in San Jose del Cabo. This one is located on the eastern side of the historical district, right off of Av Centenario, and just a two-minute walk to Plaza Mijares and many other local attractions in the city.
