The accommodations at the Marisol are simple, but great value for its location and authentic experience. Switching gears to properties that are ocean front, we find this beautifully updated condo that is located south of the main town area. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo can accommodate up to two guests. This particular listing is advertising the private room, but there is another listing that advertises both bedrooms. The condo is located in a gated community and also has free parking available, although there is affordable transportation available in the area. In addition to the room rate, there is just a 10 USD cleaning fee.

4. Oceanfront getaway in beautiful Cabo
This beautiful apartment is also south of the main town area but is not as far away as the previous property. This studio can accommodate up to two guests and has one bedroom and one bathroom. This one is located on the eastern side of the historical district, right off of Av Centenario, and just a two-minute walk to Plaza Mijares and many other local attractions in the city. There are 19 suites that make up Casa Natalia, each is decorated with a variety of local art and décor.
