As someone who makes a living out of baking, food catering, and “tablescaping”, I’m extra fond of 1120 House in Makati City, Philippines.

Although it is more popular as a restaurant, this Instagram-worthy place is also a mecca of everything adorable - everything that can turn your tablescape into a feast for the eyes. 1120 House sells tableware, faux flowers, and other kids of home decor - including lamps and pillows.

1120 House evokes a sense of joy in me whenever I visit - like a candyland to a child.

My friends and family would come here every weekend pre-pandemic. It’s probably one of the most artsy (yet budget-friendly) bars in upscale BGC. Unfortunately, it closed down during the pandemic. I hope they reopen soon! 🙂
