"Very nice historic neighborhood. Would definitely return again!" - Leonard (guest review)
What better way to experience the historical significances of Philadelphia than by living in a house built in the 19th century? Not to mention, this carriage house was part of the home of the Mayor of Philadelphia over 100 years ago! The place looks grand on the outside, and very quaint and comfy on the inside. Following the theme, the furniture inside is very eccentric, quirky and old-fashioned, with antique lamps and patterned textiles. The furniture is sure to transport you to simpler times, and truly make your stay an authentic one. Outside the house, there is a little porch with four poster white frames, for guests to enjoy the Philadelphia sun and surrounded by a lush, green garden. An added bonus is that the hosts leave for guests a small stash of different breakfast foods and instant coffees, to make them feel more at home. This gem from the past is priced at 104 USD.

This trinity apartment is located in a very friendly building, with quick access to the best museums and historical sites that Philadelphia has to offer. The apartment is filled with very thoughtful and interesting decor. Inside, the place has a very traditional theme, with teak wood furnishing to give a homey and warm feel. The building itself is adorned with one of Philadelphia’s iconic murals, and the surroundings would evoke the creative side of anyone, with murals and historical buildings scattered all over the streets. However, please note that this place is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Despite that, it’s still a great place, and costs only a square square 100 USD per night.

"Fantastic location, clean, and welcoming. Would recommend again!" - Matt (guest review)
This is a sleek and stylish, recently renovated condominium apartment in the heart of Old City. This place is designed with a modern twist, and still has the backdrop of historical monuments, and you just can’t get more Philly than that. The unit has hardwood floors, high ceilings, and huge windows all around, with a spectacular view of downtown Philadelphia. The huge windows allow for a lot of natural light, but the warm lighting gives it an intimate feel. It’s a very ideal place for couples. Most importantly, with this place, it is all about the location. Situated in a very central location, it is a stone’s throw away from many must-sees in Philadelphia, including the Liberty Bell, National Constitution Center and the Independence Hall. This place is priced at 163 USD for the entire apartment.

"I was literally within walking distance to very nice restaurants, shopping, places of worship, and my place of business." - Sarah (guest review)
This quaint little apartment is a great place to escape the hustle of the city and to have a quiet stay with your loved one. It features one bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, a small kitchen and a private garden. Although it provides an escape from the city, the best part about this place is the location. It is literally surrounded by all the places you’d want to visit in Philly. It’s about a mile away from the historic district, and walking distance to South Street and Passyunk Avenue, home to the city’s finest restaurants and bars. Pat’s and Geno’s, the two famous cheesesteak places, are only 5 minutes away. If you don’t feel like cheesesteaks, don’t fret. There are several other choices for you to venture into your own food adventure. This place is certainly convenient and cozy, two things that make a place great, and it can be your vacation home for only 56 USD per night.

"I'd say the apartment is even more stunning in person. " - Colleen (guest review)
This very cool and contemporary loft is located in Loft District, the hippest new neighbourhood in Philadelphia. It has a very smooth minimalist, creative ambience to it, and one wall in the loft is made entirely of windows, for tons of natural light to permeate throughout the place. It has a lot of cool features too! The speakers allow you to play music directly from your iPhone, the kitchen comes with a Subzero fridge, a Wolf range microwave and a coffeemaker, among other things. The hosts are very welcoming of you to use the kitchen as you please. This is a stylish place with so many notable restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, and is linked to the Convention Centre. Be sure to check out the Café Lift across the street, it’s popular all around Philadelphia. It also is near plenty of attractions. For example, the Reading Terminal Market is only 7 minutes away and The Philadelphia Museum of Art only 15 minutes away on foot. All in all, this place is truly one of a kind, and it provides for a very unique stay.

Located within a stunning brickhouse, this recently renovated one-bedroom condo is the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. It is fully furnished, from pristine new silverware to a huge Samsung TV. All other utilities including water, heat, air conditioning, gas, cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. "Everything you need is within a short walk and the neighborhood was beautiful." - Carolyn (guest review)
With an outdoor patio, antique iron furniture, and a subway tiled kitchen, everything about this quaint apartment screams Paris. Located right within the upscale Rittenhouse Square district, this apartment was intentionally designed with a French motif. Apart from the normal amenities, one of the highlights of this place is the 50 square foot window in the living room that overlooks the lighted trees lining up on Addison Street. Since it’s located in an swanky neighbourhood, there are many small, intimate restaurants for you to explore while walking, even night clubs for the younger audience. Rittenhouse Square is the place for nightlife and Philly, and also this place is near there, it’s far enough to be able to give you peace and quiet within the area. It also boasts a great skyline view of the city! Overall, it has everything you might need for a perfect short stay in Philadelphia, and it only costs 107 USD per night. A great deal, oui?

"It is beautifully appointed and cozy--the perfect oasis in a busy part of the city." - Molly (guest review)
Similar to the Carriage House, this house that was built in the 1950s, still retains much of its mid-century charm. It even includes the original stone flooring and wood paneled staircase. The townhouse is a unique type of living in Philadelphia, and you have to experience it and enjoy it while visiting the city for sure. The townhouse has a very unique structure and floorplan, and is almost always made up of brownstone, to echo the olden times. This particular house has been renovated to play off this old yet modern vibe, and includes a modern kitchen, island seats and a small dining place. The neighbourhood is located in between the Old City area and Rittenhouse, in between the historical sites and the swanky upscale part of town, making it perfectly convenient for you to explore both sides of Philadelphia. For 76 USD per night, this apartment is quite a steal, considering its prime location and impeccable authenticity.
