Located in a prime location in south Mumbai, St. Regis is an oasis of luxury. I had booked a 1-night stay and fell in love with the ambiance and the property. After checking in, a 24-hour personal assistant was assigned to us who looked after our every need. Moreover, the spacious rooms had premium bedding, a desk, snacks, and stable Wi-Fi. The grand bathroom had a bathrobe, a shower, a bathtub, and complimentary toiletries.
For dinner, we went to The Sahib Room & Kipling Bar and savored North Indian delicacies. The next day, we were greeted with a scrumptious buffet of South Indian, Italian, European, and waffles at Seven Kitchens. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were closed due to COVID restrictions. However, the hospital staff and delicious food made up for it!
Since, it's located in one of the busiest areas in Lower Parel, right next to Phoenix Palladium, you may experience very high traffic on weekends. However, hotel guests can enter the mall from the exclusive back entrance connecting both.
