The apartment is housed in a 1989 building which was completely refurbished in 2017. This comfortable rental is located near a lagoon filled with wildlife, ducks, geese, and swans. Guests can enter the apartment through a private access. The apartment has a little kitchen stocked with lots of kitchen essentials. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided by the host come in handy on days guests wish to spend their time on the beach.
