Cathy’s Beach House is a recently renovated home in a local area, away from the tourist spots. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the beach at 42nd St. You can drive there, and street parking is available, but renting a golf cart is also an option and a bit more fun.
Getting around town is convenient with your car in Downtown Charleston, or take an Uber, as the riding share services are readily available. In downtown, be sure to stop by some of the restaurants recommended by the host, such as Sea Biscuit Cafe, or watch a local show at The Windjammer.
The pet policy at this rental does not welcome cats. When booking, you must inform the owner of the size/breed. The maximum number of pets permitted is two. Cottage by the Sea is at an unbeatable location. The beach is only six minutes away and so are the shops and restaurants. Best of all, Downtown Charleston is a 20-minute drive from this property.
Pets are welcome here for an additional fee of 150 USD per stay. The house has a big, fenced backyard for your pets to run around. However, pets are not allowed on furniture. Island Pearl is an original cottage from when the Isles of Palms was founded. It is in a quiet, residential area. It is ideal for families and older couples. Guests living here would be seven minutes away from the beach.
The inside of the house is spacious with an open layout. The kitchen and living room joined, but there’s a separate dining room. There are also three bedrooms to accommodate six guests, with a double and two queen beds.
On the outside, the house has a large backyard with outdoor seating and an outdoor shower. Moreover, pets are allowed to stay here for a security deposit of 250 USD, which is considered as the pet fee. This deposit is refundable as long as there are no issues.
