Experience the thrill rides

Visiting Aquatica Orlando without trying as many thrill rides as possible is like going on a vacation without taking any pictures at all! At this park, there are a lot of thrill rides to enjoy, making it one of the best things to do over the weekend in Orlando. The most popular ones are their signature ride, Dolphin Plunge®, which drops you through 76 meters (250 feet) of tubes, including one that is surrounded by dolphins, and Tassie’s Twisters that will twist you round and round before you drop into Loggerhead Lane.

Enjoy together on family rides

When you get to try rides with your loved ones, the entire experience takes on another level of fun. Family rides that should not be missed at this park include Loggerhead Lane, a lazy river that presents the opportunity to view dolphins along with other fish species underwater, and Cutback Cove & Big Surf Shores, wave pools that are situated side-by-side but somehow produce different levels of waves.

Bring the essentials

Your fun time at the park can get ruined if you forget to pack the essentials. Since you are visiting a water park, be sure to carry sunscreen, sunglasses, and swim attire.

Restrictions

Visitors should take note that Aquatica Orlando applies some restrictions on items that can be brought into the park. Do not bring swim masks, children’s wagon, beach furniture, and flotation devices. Check the park’s official website for further information.

Rent a locker

You are coming to the water park for one reason only: to have fun and play all day long. If you are bringing some items with you, it may not be comfortable to carry them around with you all the time. That is why renting a locker is the ideal solution. The water park offers both small and large lockers that can be found in many areas onsite.
