Enjoy the best of southern cuisine and fried chicken at reasonable prices in this top-notch restaurant which can be best described as a hole in the wall but beautifully decorated with wood paneling and an ample neon sign. Famous for its pan-fried chicken, the chicken is seasoned for at least eight hours, deep in egg and milk, coated in flower before finally fried. The fried chicken is served with sides including cornbread, yams and collard greens to give it a sizzling taste. Charles also serves all-you-can-eat buffet for 15 USD only per individual.
