One of the highlights at NOA Restaurant is its location because who doesn’t like to have dinner with an ocean view? The general environment and atmosphere in the restaurant are very pleasant, making it a good choice for a special occasion. The service is generally good, but when crowded, you might have to deal with long waits. If you’re not in a hurry, the wait is generally worth it.
