Nestled in Greene County, Beavercreek is widely known as one of the best neighborhoods because there are a plethora of restaurants. Many people living here tend to own their own homes rather than rent, and it is particularly popular with young professionals. People also looking for a ‘family’ base are especially attracted to this area because the surrounding schools have good results. What can we say about Granville? Move for the parks and stay for the safety seems apt. Be warned though, the housing in this area is expensive but you are rewarded with low crime rates, good school system, plenty of open spaces, excellent local amenities, and delicious food. Columbus is only 30 minutes away, but Granville also has plenty of local businesses and boutique stores. There are also plenty of job opportunities in and around the area. If you plan to visit, stay at the charming Orchard House Bed and Breakfast, which has farm animals nearby. This stately cottage has spacious rooms that are exquisitely decorated and if you’re interested, hands-on experience at the farm can be offered.
