Visitors to Slavs'ke have one thing on their minds above all others - skiing. This is Ukraine’s premier ski resort, and as such, it brings in travellers from all over Europe and the world. Of course, being a ski resort, it’s full of spectacular mountain views and some of the country’s most charming architecture. So even if you don’t take to the slopes yourself, there’s still plenty to keep you occupied.
In the summer, when skiing isn’t so much of an option, there are still numerous outdoor pursuits to keep the sportier visitors occupied - fishing in the mountain lakes is popular, as are the scenic mountain walking trails. You may even find yourself on horseback, which is a pretty unbeatable way to see the local scenery. And, a ski resort wouldn’t be a ski resort without the “apres-ski” at one of the many bars and cafes that serve warming drinks. A hot chocolate is always nice, but it’s better still when enjoyed while looking out on to the mountain valleys.
If you’re heading to Slavs'ke, you probably have a fair idea of what you plan to do while there. The only remaining question is where you’ll stay. Thankfully, we’ve got you covered there, too. Here are a selection of hotels and private rentals that will make your stay all the more unforgettable. Within 90 minutes drive of Lviv airport, they’re all worth checking out.
We handpicked these listings carefully, considering (wherever possible) Superhost status, recent guest reviews, location, accommodation type, prices, availability of dates, decor, and amenities. Come to Slavs'ke and you'll never want to leave!
There may be other localities in Ukraine that are richer in history, more dynamic in commerce and generally considered more “essential”. There are, however, none that match up to the sheer beauty of Slavs'ke. One thing is absolutely guaranteed, though - Slavs'ke will leave you feeling more relaxed with each trip you make here.
